Data collection and use on our website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?
The data processing on this website is carried out by the website operators. The contact details can be found in the imprint of this website.

How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected by you communicating it to us. This can e.g. are data that you enter in a contact form or send us by email. Our IT systems automatically collect other data when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page visit). This data is recorded automatically as soon as you enter our website.The scope and type of collection and use of your data differs depending on whether you only visit our website to access information or use the services we offer.

 

Server Data

SSL or TLS encryption
This site uses SSL or SSL for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. TLS encryption. Date transfer with wetransfer
We use the wetransfer function to transfer data with a file size over 10 MB.
Provider: WeTransfer B.V., Oostelijke Handelskade 751, 1019 BW Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The wetransfer function is only used to securely transfer data to our customers if the order so requires and if this has been agreed with the customer beforehand. As a rule, the data is transmitted in encrypted form to servers in the EU and stored in encrypted form. Data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a and b GDPR.


Use of social media plug-ins

Components of the Instagram service are integrated on this website. The operating company of Instagram’s services is:

If the person visiting our site is logged in to Instagram at the same time, Instagram recognizes each time our website is accessed by the data subject and for the entire duration of their stay on our website, which specific subpage the data subject visits. Use of Vimeo components

We use Vimeo components on our site.  Vimeo is a service of Vimeo LCC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. Whenever you visit our website, which is equipped with such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding display of the Vimeo component. When you visit our site and are at the same time logged into Vimeo, Vimeo recognizes by means of the information collected by the component, which specific page you are visiting and assigns this information to your personal account at Vimeo. If, for example, you click on the “Play” button or make comments, this information will be conveyed to your personal user account at Vimeo and stored there. In addition, the information that you have visited our site will be passed on to Vimeo. This is done regardless of whether you click on the component/comment or not.
