How are you?
How are you? It’s more of a greeting than a question. And yet, sometimes we do answer. When are we still okay, and when do we start to lose our inner balance? Which outside factors trigger inner turmoil? This exhibition brings together scientific insights on mental health with the personal experiences of people who have faced mental health challenges.
This multi-layered topic is brought to life in an atmospherically inviting setting across several thematic areas. Using artistic, media-based, interactive, sensory and playful approaches, the exhibition encourages especially young visitors to delve deeper into a topic that touches us all – creating perspectives that take the question “How are you?” Seriously.
The design and interactive stations were developed individually and with an emphasis on accessibility in collaboration with the DHMD’s educational team and an advisory board established specifically for the exhibition. The exhibition is designed to be accessible to all, with a focus on the sustainable use of materials wherever possible.
